Bryan Zepeda
Administrative Assistant
Bryan was born and raised in Thomasville, NC. After graduating Trinity High School, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps (USMC) on November 1st, 2021, and completed basic training in January 2022.
During his time in the Marine Corps, he has performed for over 344 performances with the Parris Island Marine Band (PIMB) located at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, SC, went on 2 recruiting tours with the PIMB performing in several states throughout the eastern seaboard. Additionally, he performed the duties of a Training clerk and Administrative clerk and volunteered for a local band called the Low Country Wind Symphony. He received the National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Certification of Commendation and 2 Letters of Appreciation.
During his last 2 months of Active Duty, he participated in an internship program at our Veterans Assistance Commission made possible through the DoD SkillBridge Program. This allowed him to immerse himself in civilian workforce promoting a smooth transition. He has accepted the position as an Administrative Assistant and is ready and able to aid the Veterans of Lake County.
